What are some really good Ivy League or snooty sounding names for boys and girls?

Besides Blake, Lexington, Blair or Brooke.

What are some really good Ivy League or snooty sounding names for boys and girls?

Reply:Man, I really hope this question is just for fun, because any kid named something like this is likely to perish from an infected second-degree wedgie burn the instant they start elementary school.

My favorite snooty name for a boy is probably one that ends with "-ing." Something like Dunning. It's like saying, "I'm too good to pick a name that doesn't make my kid stick out like a sore thumb."

I don't know of a good snooty name for a girl off the top of my head, though. That's a tough one.

...Sorry if I've inadvertently offended anyone named "Dunning" out there.

Reply:I always think of Paige and Edwin as rich little brat kids. Or Everett.
Reply:I like the name Brooks for a boy.
Reply:I always think of Blane from Pretty in Pink...he was a jerk, though.
