I'm talking about the one that has diabetes. He would say something in a nasally voice and then Cartman would make fun of him by saying, "Im (insert name her) and I have diabetes" and Kenny would laugh. I think its something like Scott Masterson but im not certain. Can you let me know if I'm right or wrong and then correct me? Thanks!
