What do you think of the baby boy name Chase?

I'm not fond of verbs as names.








"The children chase their dog through the park."








It's kind of like calling your child Walk or Run or Skip or Scamper etc.

What do you think of the baby boy name Chase?
Personally, I'm of the belief that your first name should never be a verb. Unless you're Sting. But that's just an opinion. Actually, I've known a couple of kids named Chase, and they don't seem to have any problems. Most of them were younger than 4, though, so who knows how the name is working out for them now.

Reply:I dislike it a lot. It makes me think of the word chase and when paired with a middle name it is like your chasing someone (like Chase Michael, it's like your telling someone to chase Michael) I think it works better in the middle name spot.
