I would think spelling it Jaas or Jas may simplifiy things for you - the c may throw a few peolpe in to the solid c-sound like in the word Cat or Claw - to get them saying Ja(K)e ya know - well good luck - oh and if your naming your new baby - Rich is a great name... seriously congrat's and good luck.
