I just asked but was wondering what was a good boys name.?

I am totally stuck on a boys name the two I like sound very girlie I guess.. Carmine and Jasper..I like them but they are not a favorite for everyone.. I already know what I would name a girl The first name Ivy and the middle would be like mine Jane I'm samantha jane so I like Ivy jane..I don't think that name is really old fashioned but hey! But for a boy I am stuck! Any Ideas of a cute name I have to have the middle Eugene because that is my husbands dad who passed name I find out the sex on the 21st.. Thanks guys!

I really like William, and William Eugene flows well. Our last name starts with a 'W' so that one won't work for us.

Reply:I like Ivy Jane. Ivy is a lovely name and paired with a bland name like Jane, Ivy is a great choice. Samantha is so common and boring. It's overused, but Jane is a great choice.





As for the boy, I like Jasper Eugene over Carmine Eugene. Jasper is a nice name, and it's definitely not girly. It's a great, classic choice and I like it!

Edit: Sorry, I hope I didn't offend you. Jane is a nice name, but it is a bit common and that's why I find it bland. Same goes for Samantha.





Edit: I was just thinking... Why not Ivy Eugenia for a girl? Eugenia is a feminine form of Eugene. I don't really like the name Eugene, but I think Eugenia is really pretty. Ivy Eugenia flows together pretty well.





As for the boy, Samuel Jasper or Jasper Samuel is nice. Samuel is similar to Samantha. Otherwise, the names Owen or Ewan may appeal to you too. They are both variants of the name Eugene. Owen Jasper is nice.
